Anishinaabemowin Classes & Events
This program provides services to the Little River Band membership, employees and the community to further the goal of speaking, teaching and preserving the indigenous language of the Anishinaabe nation.
Anishinaabemowin is the language of the Anishinaabe nation. It is the reflection of the Anishinaabe culture. If a person wants to know the Anishinabe culture, it is in the language. Anishinaabemowin has existed on this continent since the beginning.
